60 photographs and 800 negatives were made of the personal photographer Heinrich Hoffmann Hitler came to power after the Nazi party before World War II and for decades were privately owned.
The
collection includes photographs of Hitler's visit to the training school for SS officers and a rally in Nuremberg, which greets the crowd from his car, said auctioneer Jonathan Hambert from the central British city Toustar.

"I was surprised by the interest in photos, even from Germany," said Hambert.
Hoffman joined the Nazi Party in 1920 and was chosen by Hitler's official photographer and his photos were placed on postage stamps, postcards, posters and books.
U.S. forces arrested him in 1945 and seized a large archive of his photographs. Hoffman was sentenced to four years in prison for speculation and died in 1957 me hero
