Seif Al-Islam Nears Niger Border - Report: Slain Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi's most powerful son, Seif al-Islam, is reportedly making an attempt to flee to Niger after the victory of the Transitional National Council.
Seif al-Islam is reportedly being guided on his way by ethnic Tuaregs, according to the Iranian Press TV.
